Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and resolve operating issues, including failures and service-level degradation.
  • Resolving end user’s desktop computer issues that may include but not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Monitoring, support, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of IT infrastructure as assigned.
  • Answer internal or external users’ inquiries regarding computer hardware and software.
  • Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.
  • Possess good written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction​
  • Ability to complete basic hardware/software installations
